John's experience in real estate started in 1999 working with homebuilders in SW Washington. By 2005 John had been involved in over 1200 new home transaction in the state of Washington. With a strong background in Marketing, John was able to develop a system and process that allowed his builders to sell up to 300 units per year. These years of experience have enabled John to be an asset to both buyer's and sellers of Real Estate in SW Washington.
